Loretta Von Dini – Compare and comedy burlesque performer
Loretta von Dini is an International performer who blends burlesque with humour and magical flare. Ms von Dini has spreads her abracadabra all over Europe; performing in Paris, and the burlesque festivals of Geneva, Toulouse, Berlin and Galway. She was the winner of the North Wales burlesque festival and the runner up for her heat in the Viva Las Vegas baby burlesque competition and a finalist in the La Plume – The BIG Burlesque Showdown. Loretta injects an element of burlesque magic and comedy. She is our compare extrodinaire for the evening.
Melody Von Trapp: Burlesque busker and comedian
Having left the Austrian Alps in search of fame and fortune, we found our next act performing on the international stage that is the London Underground. Grab your wallets, here is Melody Von Trapp. Funny Women Finalist 2012, is an Austrian Comedian based in London. She started comedy in Austria and Germany in 2007 and then spent one year in Los Angeles where she performed at the Comedy Store and at the Hollywood Improv etc.
Melody’s comedy solo “…Joke” is an effortlessly monologue about her real-life experiences. She also hosts and organises a monthly comedy mix show in Soho called “Laughing Labia”. Joy Carter Musical comedian, writer
Joy is a successful established TV comedian, accomplished flute player and physical comic. She has worked in the UK and abroad for over 12 years and is very much in demand.
In 2015 Joy went to Edinburgh with her one woman show ‘Aspects of Joy’ which was a unique stand up show incorporating all of her worlds: stand-up, flute, piano and ballet, currently she rehearsing a new 2016 touring show. Back in 2008 Joy was nominated for an EMMA (*Ethnic multicultural media award 08’) award as a comedian. She is well respected and loved by everyone except her cat, with her friendly personality, eclectic joke structures and inventive if not extreme flute playing!

Charmaine Wombwell: Writer, performer, singer
Charmaine stage and company managed for Deafinitely Theatre for two years before returning to performance and studying physical theatre and devising at the London International School of Performing Arts (LISPA). Charmaine is the creator and performer of the Scarlet Shambles: It Used to be Me, a musical dark clown solo show which she performed at the Edinburgh Fringe 2015 and is currently in further development. Stage credits also include: Moby Dick (R&D Finger in the Pie), Birdphobia (Vertebra Theatre), Boatshow Cabarets (Collectif and Then…), What Not Cabaret (Mimetic Festival 2014), Champion of the World (Film4 and BSLZone), Writer/Singer MootZoot (original band) as she is the voice of Aimee in Magic Hands (Cbeebies).
